Through practical discussions on real industry topics, from how equipment works to career advice and working effectively in the field, YADIA gives you the tools and connections to build a long-term career in drilling.

Our inaugural event will be hosted by Metzke in Canning Vale for an exclusive behind-the-scenes factory tour, with a hands-on look at how drilling equipment is designed and built, plus live product demonstrations so you can see the gear in action. We'll wrap up the afternoon with a relaxed lunch at The Last Local, a chance to connect with others who are serious about building a career in this industry.
