This Young ADIA (YADIA) event is a new initiative designed for up-and-comers in the drilling industry, connecting early-career drilling professionals with like-minded peers. Through practical discussions on real industry topics, from how equipment works to career advice and working effectively in the field, YADIA gives you the tools and connections to build a long-term career in drilling.

Our inaugural event will be hosted by Metzke in Canning Vale for an exclusive behind-the-scenes factory tour, with a hands-on look at how drilling equipment is designed and built, plus live product demonstrations so you can see the gear in action. We'll wrap up the afternoon with a relaxed lunch at The Last Local, a chance to connect with others who are serious about building a career in this industry.
